This quick weight loss tips is so simple and effective; you’ll wonder why you haven’t tried it before. I recently used this to kick start losing a few pounds as I noticed some of my clothing had started to shrink! As we know, the advice normally given is either to change your diet or to do more exercise, but there is a way you can still eat the same tasty food but still lose some pounds.
I tried the method I’m about to share for one week and noticed a considerable improvement in my shape, especially around the waist where I was able to lose the bulk of my love handles.
Have you noticed that whatever size plate you use, you always seem to put as much food on there as you can until you can’t see the surface of the plate? Also, because of the way many of us are brought up, you always try and finish all of it, even if you were full 3 quarters of the way through?
The solution is simple: use a smaller plate! Ok, not exactly a revelation but just by eating slightly smaller portions, over a period of a week or two, you will be amazed the difference it will make.
You see, the more you eat, the more your stomach stretches and therefore it takes more food each time to make you feel full. The same happens in reverse, as you start to cut down, you will find you will need less to your hunger.
I’ll warn you now; the first few days can be a bit tough, because 2 or 3 hours after your evening meal, you may start feeling hungry again. When this happens, either drink some water, have some fruit or go to bed!
Get past this initial stage though and it gets easier. Make sure also you chew each mouthful at least 15-20 times, which seems like eternity when you’re doing it, but this will also make you feel more full as the brain has been given enough time to receive the signal from your stomach that you are full.
Once a week, you can treat yourself to a bigger, more indulgent meal, but for the other days, try and keep the portions smaller, you will see results quickly. Dont underestimate the importance of this quick weight loss tip, this one change in your diet can make all the difference.
